RMA
Dear customer,
We hope you are satisfied with our products at all times. Should a return nevertheless become necessary, please follow the procedure below.
Damage in transit
We insure every delivery in your name against possible damage. If you find visible transit damage when the goods arrive, have the carrier confirm it on the spot. Damage that is not visible from the outside must be reported to the carrier in writing without delay, and at the latest on the sixth day after delivery. Send us a copy of that report straight away as well. We will then take care of the clarification and the claim.
Incorrect delivery
Please note that defects must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of the delivery date, by fax on 0049 (0)211 55044-739 or by e-mail to rma@balter.net. If that deadline is missed, we cannot accept the complaint.
1. Requesting an RMA number from Balter GmbH
Please contact us to request an RMA number for your return. An invoice or delivery note number is required before an RMA number can be issued.

Enter the RMA number on the RMA form and complete the form in full.
2. Returning the goods
When returning one or more products under a single RMA number, please write a detailed and comprehensible fault description for each individual product.
- Enclose the fully and legibly completed RMA form with your return, together with a copy of the delivery note or the invoice.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Do not write the RMA number on the product's original packaging.
- The goods must be packed properly.
Please note:
Processing a return without an RMA number and a fully completed RMA form creates considerable extra work, which can delay the handling of your case.
Improper packaging voids the warranty claim. For devices sent in on which no fault can be found, we charge a testing and handling fee of at least 30 euros plus VAT at the statutory rate.
Please send the parcel carriage paid to the following address.
We do not accept parcels sent carriage forward.
