With eighteen tenants in one building, reception quickly becomes the place where everything queues: visitors, couriers, tradespeople. They all ask the same question, and each question costs the person at the desk a few minutes.
This sample project gives two door stations separate jobs. The main door takes visitors through a name list straight to the tenant they came for. The side entrance is meant for deliveries and announces itself where the goods belong. Reception stays in charge but no longer has to explain every route in person.
When a tenant moves out, the entry changes rather than the front panel. And because every release is tied to a tenant, it stays clear who let whom in.
